Description: | American Technical Associates, Inc. (ATA), a Knoxville, TN based Technical Staffing/Search firm, has the following temporary position, possibly temp-to-perm, available in the east Knoxville area:
Quality Control Specialist - 2nd Shift
Responsibilities include performing and maintaining inspection of component parts and assemblies conducting gauge calibration maintaining quality and inspection records and charts assisting in problem analysis and corrective action, and conducting line audits and product tests. Three to five (3-5) years quality control experience in manufacturing environment, ability to interpret part drawings, including 6D&T, and perform dimensional layouts, knowledge of statistical quality control procedures, metrology evaluation and quality control lab equipment. CMM experience is a plus.
