To accelerate our growth, we need a Customer Service Rep for Product Support.
THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION . THE HOURS ARE 8am-5pm- MONDAY - FRIDAY. THE POSITION WILL LAST UNTIL FEBRUARY 2009.

Duties: |
* Answering, screening and directing inbound calls from customers and dealers concerning our products.
* Entering registration information into the system
* Following up with customers who have registered their products.

Qualifications: |
* 1-2 years prior customer service phone experience required
* Prior heavy inbound call experience a plus
* Data entry skills
* Strong attention to details
* Organized, dependable, professional demeanor required
* Microsoft Office experience
