Assessment Nurse - PRN - Kingsport

Description:

Provides direct and indirect patient care services according to Advanced Home Care's policies and procedures.  The primary responsibility of this nurse is to complete a comprehensive assessment of the patient, the environment, and the support system.  Will initiate services and complete a plan of treatment with the forms needed to implement patient care.  Will not be a primary caregiver but may be needed to make patient visits according to patient census.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current and valid Tennessee RN license. Requires a minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing within the last five years with at least one year community/home health nursing strongly desired.
