Description:

This position provides administrative support for Finance, Retail, Dealer Services and Human Resources.

Duties:

-Responsible for all correspondence; prepares various letters, acknowledgments, memos, reports and spreadsheets from notes and oral instructions.
-Coordinates meetings and appointments; maintains calendars, files and records.
-Prepares presentations, materials and minutes for meetings
-Serves as receptionist and greets visitors and may screen as appropriate.
-Receives, sorts and distributes the mail.
-Answers phone and screens calls.
-Develop and maintain filing system for correspondence.
-Assists Dealer Group with customer interviews, verification of application information, and monitoring collateral.
-Performs other tasks requested as they relate to the bank and its functions.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access. 2 - 5 years of clerical experience preferred. Must possess knowledge of general office practices. Exercise accuracy, courtesy, tact and patience whe interacting with all levels of employees and customers. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
