Description: |
| This position is responsible for construction inspection and materials samplling, testing, and reporting of construction activities and the materials used in the construction process. Includes concret placment inspection and testing, asphalt pavement inspection and testing, soils and aggregates inspection and testing. Responsible for utilizing contract documents ) plans, specifications, standard drawings, provisions, etc.) to determine quality assurance and quality control compliance. |
Qualifications: |
| Candidate must have ACI and Radiation Safety certifications at a minimum and at least five years experience in construction materials tesing. NICET certifications and/or TDOT certifications a plus. Must be able to read and understand plans and specifications, have a positive attitude, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work well with others. Laboratory testing experience a plus. |
