Patient Account Representative - Bristol, TN

Description:

Call Center, Customer service, appropriate triage of incoming calls, referral intake, order processing/review, medical documentation and routing of orders to the appropriate skill level. College degree preferred.

Qualifications:

The Patient Account Representative shall possess a 2-4 year Degree, or 1-2 years work experience in a related field.  Previous work experience in the health care field is a plus.  Above average telephone, computer skills (word, excel, keyboard), organizational, written and verbal communication skills.  Knowledge of medical terminology, claims, and accounts receivable preferred.
